Timing

When you are selling your home and moving or buying a new one at the same time, the ability to juggle the responsibilities of everything is a lot and details start missing. I can protect you from common "pitfalls" and headaches during the sale of your property. Avoid being overwhelmed by starting early. Make a list of whom you need to notify about your change of address, including utility companies and credit card companies. Start packing the knick-knacks and off-season items you won’t be needing for a while before the move and leave the rest to me so you can lighten your plate. If you can start doing repairs around the home as early as possible, even a full year prior to the sale of your home, you will be able to avoid a huge bill right before the sale.

Tell me about your property and goals. I will personally come out to your property to do a walk-through as we determine the best listing strategy for you and your property. I can also help with recommending some improvements with strong ROI, coordinating vendors to make necessary repairs, and or staging your home to get maximum exposure for your property.

 

STEP 3

I will walk you through our personalized listing presentation and go-to-market plan and answer all your questions, no obligations at all so we can move forward with listing your property for sale.

 

STEP 4

I use my marketing power and proven advertising mediums to find the right Buyers quickly. From helping you prepare your home to conducting showings and negotiating offers to assisting at Closing Day, I take care of everything from start to finish so you don't have to.
